Our tariffsHow it works
Rent classic bikes or e-bikes. The maximum duration for one rental is 24 h. A fee will be charged if the bike is not returned within 24 hours.
REGISTRATION
Register via the nextbike app or website.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
Return your bike at an official station and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. A fee will be charged if the bike is not returned within 24 hours.

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.

You need to purchase a pass in order to rent bikes. These passes can be used for an unlimited number of rentals within their validity period.
Only 1 bike can be rented at the same time on one account.

The first 45 minutes of each rental within 24 hours are included.
Every additional 45 minutes cost €1.
Pass applies to classic bikes only.
Monthly pass

The first 45 minutes of each rental within 31 days are included.
Every additional 45 minutes cost €1.
Pass applies to classic bikes only.
Annual pass
€40 / year
The first 45 minutes of each rental within 365 days are included.

Student pass
from 34 € / 10 months
Students can purchase a 10-months student pass for classic bikes only (34 €) or classic + electric bikes (79 €) that applies from September until June.
The first 45 minutes of each rental between September and June are included. Every additional 45 minutes cost €1.
Reduced annual pass
from 31 € / year
RSA recipients and People under 26 years of age can purchase a reduced annual pass for classic bikes (€31) or classic + electric bikes (€74).
The first 45 minutes of each rental within 365 days are included. Every additional 45 minutes cost €1.
